Journey of JU Firoj
Jafor Uddin, widely known as JU Firoj, is a young broadcast professional, dedicated volunteer, and passionate digital media activist. He started his journey with a dream—and with hard work and determination, he continues moving forward to make that dream a reality.
JU Firoj grew up in South Sridharpur village of Daganbhuiyan Upazila in Feni. His education began at a Noorani Madrasa in childhood. Later, he studied at a madrasa in Dhaka. He completed his Dakhil from Al Jametul Falahia Kamil Madrasa in Feni and passed HSC from Government Iqbal Memorial College. Currently, he is studying for his Bachelor's degree under the National University at Feni Government College.
His professional career began in 2019 as a Broadcast Producer at Fagun Live. In 2024, he joined Dainik Feni as an Online Executive, where he continues contributing to journalism and digital media with dedication.
But JU Firoj’s story is not only about work—he is also deeply involved in social service. He volunteered with UNICEF and worked as the Finance Secretary of the local organization Shohay. He was also an active member of the Progress Health Aid Foundation, and served as Finance Secretary of Sohjatri Youth Society, a government-registered youth group.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, he led the volunteer team at the vaccination camp in Daganbhuiyan Upazila Health Complex, playing a key role in helping the community.
Special Skills:
JU Firoj is a trained graphic designer, certified by a government-approved course. He has strong skills in digital media, content creation, broadcasting, and visual design.
